                          DIRECTOR'S SHARE SALE



Eurasia Mining PLC ( 'the Company') was informed on 9 August 2001 of the sale
on 8 August 2001 of 200,000 Ordinary Shares of a nominal value of 5 pence each
('shares') at a price of 16.5 pence per share.  The  shares were held by a
trust, in which Mr A H Counsell, a Director of the Company, has a beneficial
interest. The sale of these shares follows Mr Counsell's retirement as
Managing Director of the Company in February 2001. The shares have been sold
through the Company's Stockbrokers W H Ireland Limited. Following this sale,
Mr Counsell has a beneficial interest in 621,667 shares, representing 1.86% of
the Company's issued share capital.
