EURASIA MINING PLC ('EURASIA')

Eurasia Mining PLC announces that it has appointed Grant
Thornton, of Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square,
London NW1 2EP as its nominated adviser in place of Noble & Co,
who have resigned. The change is effective immediately.
