Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that it has been notified today of a transfer of 49,060 shares from Treasury to satisfy share options under the Company's executive share incentive plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 9,504,958 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 209,821,837 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
