Treasury Shares - Transfers

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4 Filtrona plc announces that today a transfer of 11,382 shares from Treasury took place to satisfy share options under the Company's shareave plan.

Following the transfers Filtrona plc has a total of 11,580,813 ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 207,745,982 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
