Essentra plc announces that it was advised on 12 May 2016 that

Colin Day was allocated on 11 May 2016 9,380 ordinary shares pursuant to an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction.  The shares were purchased at a price of £8.278 each for a total consideration of £77,652.  Colin's total shareholding is now 555,328 shares which represents 0.2116% of the Company's voting rights.
