Essentra plc today announces that it has been advised that Alan Tidy was allocated 6,009 ordinary shares through the Essentra plc Save As You Earn plan which matured in May 2013.  The shares were purchased at a price of £1.51 each for a total consideration of £9,074.  Alan's total shareholding is now 108,820 which represents 0.046% of the Company's voting rights.
