Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Malcolm Waugh was allocated 20 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.1298 each for a total consideration of £144.  Malcolm's total shareholding is now 22,183 which represents 0.01% of the Company's voting rights.
