Filtrona plc today announces that it has been advised that Colin Day was allocated 3,415 ordinary shares through the Filtrona plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan.  The shares were purchased at a price of £7.1298 each for a total consideration of £24,348.  Colin's total shareholding is now 257,958 which represents 0.11% of the Company's voting rights.
