The Company announces that a prospectus, dated 10 March 2008, (the 'Prospectus')
relating to various proposals announced on 10 March 2008, has been approved by
the UK Listing Authority ('UKLA') and is available to the public for inspection
at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,
London E14 5HS.

The proposals include the proposed acquisitions of the Irlam Group and WA
Developments and a placing and open offer of new Ordinary Shares.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the
Prospectus.
