November 2007, Mark Forrest acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of 10p ('Ordinary
Shares') each in the Company (representing 0.0012% of the Company's issued share
capital) at a price of 138 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following the transaction,
Mark Forrest is beneficially interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares.
