               The Westbury Property Fund Limited (the 'Company')

                               Change of name to

                             STOBART GROUP LIMITED

The Directors are pleased to announce that the change of the Company's name to
Stobart Group Limited has been approved by the Royal Court of Guernsey.  A
further announcement is expected to be made early next week to confirm that the
change has been completed, at which time the Company's shares will trade under
the code 'STOB'.
