Equals (AIM:EQLS) , the technology-led international payments group focused on the SME marketplace , announces that that Sian Herbert, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 33,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 31.0 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, she now holds 33,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of its issued share capital.
