Interim Dividend

The directors of the Company wish to announce that an interim dividend of 1.67p
per ordinary share will be payable to all eligible shareholders as at record
date 26 November 2004.

The ex dividend date is 24 November 2004, and the dividend will be paid on 23
December 2004.
