EPE Special Opportunities Plc  (the "Company"), announces  that on 9^th November 2015, the Company received notification from Mr Clive Spears, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each of the Company at a price of 108.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

He now holds 65,255 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company
