Director's Dealing

On the 6 October 2015 the Board of EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") was notified that, on the same date, EPIC Private Equity LLP, a vehicle controlled by Giles Brand, the Managing Partner and major shareholder of the Company's Investment Advisor, sold 218,112 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 105 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company also received notification on the 6 October 2015  that, on the same date, EPE Finance Limited, a vehicle controlled by Giles Brand, purchased 218,112 Ordinary Shares at a price of 105 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of these transactions, the holding of Giles Brand and his connected persons remains 6,365,493 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 22.2 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
