Consolidation - change to record date

Further to the announcement by the Company of a Placing and Open Offer on 13 May 2009 and the circular dispatched to the Company's shareholders on the same date, the Company wishes to announce a change to the record date relating to the Consolidation as defined in said announcement and circular.

The Company announces that the record date for the Consolidation will be Friday 12 June 2009. Certificates of existing ordinary shares of 1p each will not be valid from 6 p.m. on 12 June 2009.  As set out in the announcement and circular dated 13 May 2009, the Consolidation will become effective on Monday 15 June and the ordinary shares of 5p each are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on Tuesday 16 June.
