Completion of the Migration and Suspension of Dealings in Ordinary Shares

EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") (AIM: ESO), is pleased to announce that the migration of the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation from the Isle of Man to Bermuda (the "Migration") completed yesterday.

The Company has now been incorporated on a continuance as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda with company number 53954 and discontinued as a company under the laws of the Isle of Man.

Further details of the Migration can be found in the Company's Circular dated 1 August 2018, a copy of which can be found at http://www.epicprivateequity.com/our-business/capital/epe-special-opportunities-plc/investor-relations/aim-rule-26/. Defined terms used in the Circular shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement, unless the context otherwise requires.

In accordance with the timetable published in the Circular, dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM and NEX Exchange Growth Market will be suspended from 7.30 a.m. today for approximately six business days whilst the Company obtains a Bermudian ISIN. Re-admission of, and dealings in, the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market, and dealings in the Company's Depositary Interests in CREST, is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 21 September 2018.
