as Trustees of The Timis Trust that following a purchase of 775,000 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), they have an interest in
10,105,887 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.86 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
