The Company was notified on 10 February 2005 by Fidelity Investments Limited and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries ('Fidelity') that, following a sale of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), Fidelity has an interest in
4,558,714 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 3.92 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
