The Company was notified on 2 December 2004 by Fidelity Investments Limited and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries ('Fidelity') that, following a purchase of
the Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), Fidelity have an interest
in 6,934,955 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 5.96 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
