The Company was notified on 12 January 2005 by Henderson Global Investors and
its associated companies, acting as agent for its discretionary clients,
('Henderson Global Investors') that, following a purchase of the Company's
ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares'), Henderson Global Investors has an
interest in 13,984,641 Ordinary Shares representing 12.02 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
