Regal was notified on 20 March 2008 by Henderson Global Investors Ltd that it
holds (i) 15,232,135 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and
(ii) an interest in 1,948,267 Ordinary Shares held through Contracts for
Difference, representing in aggregate 8.52 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital of the Company.
