                              Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 7 October 2005 by Morgan Stanley Securities Limited,
('MSSL') that, following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares'), MSSL has an interest in 9,122,061 Ordinary Shares
representing 7.10 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was notified on 7 October 2005 by Man Financial Limited
that they have an interest in 5,274,300 Ordinary Shares representing 4.10 per
cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
