The Company was notified on 30 September 2005 by C A Fiduciary Services Limited
as Trustees of The Timis Trust, that following a purchase of 1,000,000 of the
Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares') they have an interest in
9,330,887 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 7.26 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
