                              Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 23 September 2005 by Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that
they have an interest in 6,491,000 of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') representing 5.05 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was notified on 23 September 2005 by Credit Agricole
Cheuvreux International Ltd that they have an interest in 8,393,500 Ordinary
Shares representing 6.53 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
