Company ('CRMC') that they have an interest in 11,280,000 of the Company's
ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary Shares') representing 8.77 per cent. of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company. CRMC have 8.77 per cent. voting rights in
the Company.
