The Company was notified on 22 September 2004 by Caldwell Associates Limited
that they have an interest in 12,053,052 of the Company's ordinary 5p shares 
('Ordinary Shares') representing 10.43 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital.



The Company was notified on 16 September 2004 by Fidelity Investments Limited
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries ('Fidelity') that they have an interest
in 5,705,905 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 4.94 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
