The Company was notified on 11th March 2004 by Forest Nominees Limited ('Forest
Nominees') that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') on 11th March 2004 Forest Nominees has an interest in
4,422,139 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.35 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
