                               Holding in Company


The Company was notified on 11th March 2004 by FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders (hereafter referred
to as 'Fidelity') that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') on 5th March 2004 Fidelity has an interest in 6,269,338
Ordinary Shares, representing 6.17 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital.
