The Company was notified on 31st March 2004 by Lansdowne Partners Limited
Partnership ('Lansdowne') that following the increase in the Company's issued
share capital, Lansdowne, on behalf of client funds that it manages, now
controls 4,385,000 Ordinary  5p shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
representing 3.82 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
