The Company was notified on 16 February 2004 by Charlemagne Capital Group
('Charlemagne') that following a sale of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') on 13 February 2004 Charlemagne has an interest in 2,159,199
Ordinary Shares, representing 2.19 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital.
