                               Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 12th February 2004 by Charlemagne Capital Group
('Charlemage Capital') that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p
shares ('Ordinary Shares') on 10 February 2004 Charlemage Capital has an
interest in 3,159,199 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.21 per cent. of the issued
Ordinary Share capital.
