The Company was notified on 12th February 2004 by Commerzbank AG ('Commerzbank')
that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary
Shares') on 11 February 2004 Commerzbank has an interest in 8,176,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing over 8 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
