The Company was notified on 10 February 2004 by Lansdowne Partners Limited
Partnership ('Lansdowne') that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p
shares ('Ordinary Shares') on 4 February 2004 Lansdowne has an interest in
4,185,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.13 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
