The Company was notified on 3 February 2004 by Commerzbank AG ('Commerzbank')
that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares 
('Ordinary Shares') on 26 January 2004 Commerzbank has an interest in 5,966,000 
Ordinary Shares, representing 5.89 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share 
capital.
