The Group was notified on 2 June 2003 by Fiske Nominees Limited ('Fiske Nominees')
that following a sale of 1,000,000 of the Group's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary 
Shares') at 88p per Ordinary Share on 30 May 2003 Fiske Nominees has an interest 
in 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.09% per cent. of the issued Ordinary 
Share capital.
