The Company received notification on 16 November 2020 that Andrew Law, Commercial Director acquired 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.0p per Ordinary Share on 16 November 2020.  Following this acquisition, Mr Law has an interest in 724,326 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
