                          Enition plc ('the Company')

                        Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Enition plc Annual General Meeting today, all resolutions proposed were
passed, including approval of the Company's investment strategy to invest in a
broad portfolio of businesses within the ethanol industry, primarily in North
America and Europe.

Following approval at the AGM, the Company's name will be changed to Ethanol
Investments plc as soon as possible.
