The Company received notification on 15th November 2006 that, on 13th November
2006, Greg Lampert sold 250,000 ordinary shares in Gaming VC representing 0.08%
of the issued share capital of the Company.  This reduces Mr Lamperts total
shareholding to 1,816,279 ordinary shares representing 5.83% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
