On 18th January 2006, the Company received notification that The Capital Group 
Companies, Inc. has an interest in 3,832,643 Ordinary Shares in Gaming VC 
Holdings S.A, representing approximately 12.310% of the share capital of the 
Company.

The notice was given by the Capital Group Companies, Inc. on behalf of its 
affiliates, including Capital International, Inc., Capital International S.A., 
Capital International Limited, Capital Research and Management Company, and 
Capital Guardian Trust Company. The holdings form part of funds managed on 
behalf of investment clients by The Capital Group Companies.
