("GVC Holdings" or the "Company")

Admission to trading on AIM

The Board of GVC Holdings, the new holding company for the GVC Group, is pleased to announce the admission of its shares today to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares under ticker symbol GVC, following completion of the Redomiciliation of the former GVC Group from Luxembourg to the Isle of Man.  The ISIN number for the GVC Holdings shares is IM00B5VQMV65.

The Company's issued share capital comprises 31,135,762 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each.

Copies of the Admission Document are available on the Company's website www.gamingvc.com or from Arbuthnot Securities, Arbuthnot House, 20 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AR.

GVC Holdings Shares are expected to be credited today to the CREST accounts of those former holders of Depositary Interests in Gaming VC who completed and returned their CREST Dematerialisation Forms in line with the procedure set out in the circular of Gaming VC dated 19 April 2010. Certificates in respect of the remaining GVC Holdings Shares are expected to be issued by 9 June 2010.

Former Depositary Interest holders who did not complete a CREST Dematerialisation Form or other GVC Holdings shareholders who wish to hold their GVC Holdings Shares in CREST can find a CREST Dematerialisation Form on the Company's website www.gamingvc.com. Completed CREST Dematerialisation Forms should be returned to Capita IRG Trustees Limited, Custody, Regulated Business, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham Kent BR3 4TU.
