Entry into contract for significant industrial ASIC supply project

EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement on 25 July 2022, the Company has now entered into contractual agreement with a leading European industrial OEM in respect of the Award (together the "Agreement"). The forecast Agreement value is worth in excess of US$30M over seven years.
