Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange and on  NASDAQ OMX Stockholm:-

Double A Limited, a discretionary Trust in which the family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest, notified the Company on 27 May 2010 that it purchased  3,208,784 Shares on the London Stock Exchange on 27 May 2010 at 96.13 pence per share, totalling 0.41% of the share capital of the Company.  

Double A Limited also notified the Company on 27 May 2010 that it purchased  2,830,103 Shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 27 May 2010 at 11.06 SEK per share, totalling 0.37% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to these transactions, Double A Limited held 15,881,569 Shares, being 2.05% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Double A Limited following the transaction is 21,920,456 Shares, being 2.83% of the share capital of the Company. 

Alima Trust, a discretionary Trust in which the Bseisu family has a beneficial interest, holds 9,225,157 Shares, being 1.19% of the share capital of the Company. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
