Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Directors purchased Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange:-

Dr James Buckee notified the Company on 18 May 2010 that on 17 May 2010 he purchased 100,000 Shares in his own name at 95.65 pence per share, being 0.01% of the share capital of the Company. Dr. Buckee's holding prior to the transaction was 181,617 Shares, being 0.02% of the share capital of the Company. Dr. Buckee's holding following the transaction was 281,617 Shares, being 0.04% of the share capital of the Company.

Double A Limited, a discretionary Trust in which the family of Amjad Bseisu have a beneficial interest, notified the Company on 18 May 2010 that it purchased 173,814 Shares on 17 May 2010 at 95.68 pence per share, totalling 0.02% of the share capital of the Company.  

Prior to these transactions, Double A Limited held 15,707,755 shares, being 2.03% of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Double A Limited following the transaction is 15,881,569 Shares, being 2.05% of the share capital of the Company.  Alima Trust, a discretionary Trust in which the Bseisu family has a beneficial interest, holds 9,225,157 Shares, being 1.19% of the share capital of the Company. 

The Company's issued share capital consists of 775,027,922 Shares with voting rights.  Each Share carries the right to one vote.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
