Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Expro International Group PLC's capital consists of 109,558,969 ordinary shares
of 10p each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one
vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
