ENGAGE XR Holdings Plc, a virtual reality ('VR') technology company , confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been posted to shareholders and is available to view on the Group's website at: https://engagevr.io/investors/
