Major Shell U.K. Contract Won

Expro International Group PLC 8 November 1999 New contract win for Expro Expro International Group PLC ('Expro'), the international oilfield services company, announced today that is has been awarded a contract, worth in excess of £45m, for the provision of well services to Shell U.K. Exploration and Production, operator in the UK sector of the North Sea for Shell and Esso. The five year contract, which commences immediately, is for nine platforms on Shell/Esso's Northern Business Unit, including the Brent field, and covers the management by EGIS (Expro Group Integrated Services) of a variety of services, approximately half of which relate to those provided by Expro's Cased Hole Services business stream.
