On 8 August 2003 Expro International Group PLC granted options over ordinary
shares under the Expro International Group Performance Share Plan 2003, recently
approved by shareholders, as follows:

The exercise price for the above awards is a total of £1. The awards will
normally vest on 8 August 2006 subject to continued employment and the meeting
of a total shareholder return performance condition.

The above named Directors were informed of this grant on 15 August 2003 and
notified Expro International Group PLC of their respective interests in these
shares on 15 August 2003.
