Appointment

Expro International Group PLC ('Expro') the UK's leading oilfield services
provider, announces the appointment of Graeme Coutts as President of Expro
Americas Inc.

Based in Houston, Graeme will spearhead the Group's strategic initiative in
this market.  Since opening our first base in the US in 1997 this market has
grown rapidIy and now represents the same proportion of turnover as the North
Sea.

Graeme's responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer will be distributed to
other management.  The President of Expro Americas Inc. will be a main Board
Director  and, as such, Graeme will remain integral to the Group's overall
strategic direction.
