                  ANALYST AND INVESTOR SITE VISIT

Expro International, the UK's leading oilfield services company, is
today  holding  a  site visit for investors  and  analysts  at  its
Aberdeen operations.

The  visit will focus on the Group's US strategy and its Subsurface
Systems  business.  It will include presentations from  members  of
Expro's  senior  management team and a tour of the  Aberdeen  site.
Copies of the slides used at the presentation will be available  on
request to the company. 

The  Group's  interim results will be announced on 5 December  2001
and  there will be no discussion regarding the forthcoming  results
or the Group's future financial performance at the site visit.
